During a career spanning 20 years, Nitin has held senior positions in leading global investment banks including Nomura, Bear Stearns and UBS and has successfully closed several billion $ of transactions. Nitin has financed, made principal investments in, and provided strategy, capital raising and M&A advice to a number of companies, particularly in the Infrastructure, Energy, Real Estate, Healthcare, Leisure and Hospitality and Retail sectors. Nitin therefore brings extensive and well-rounded experience combining advisory insight with a buy-side mindset.

Nitin previously led the Principal Finance business for Nomura in Europe. Prior to that, Nitin led the Principal and Real Estate Finance business for Bear Stearns in Europe. In these senior roles, Nitin was responsible for the principal investments, acquisition finance and real estate finance and securitization activities in Europe. Nitin originated and made private equity investments at Nikko Principal Investments and led a pioneering public-to-private buy-out in the Infrastructure sector. Nitin started his investment banking career at SG Warburg (now UBS), where he worked in a market leading corporate finance and M&A advisory business and advised in transactions spanning capital raising, M&A, demergers and joint-ventures.

Nitin qualified as a Chartered Accountant while working with Ernst & Young in London and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree with a First Division from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. Nitin was a student of Modern School, New Delhi and achieved national ranking in the Class X and Class XII National Board examinations.
