Keith Breslauer - Founder & Senior Partner of Patron Capital
Mr. Breslauer founded Patron Capital in 1999 and is the Managing Director of Patron Capital Limited, the investment adviser to the Patron Capital Funds. Mr. Breslauer began his career at Lehman Brothers, where he worked for approximately ten years. At Lehman Brothers, Mr. Breslauer was involved in and led many transactions in the U.S. distressed markets in the 1980s and 1990s. In 1993, while with Lehman Brothers, he moved to London and assisted in creating and leading the Principal Finance Group to invest in financial institution and property assets and companies, and served as the co-head for the International Mortgage and Real Estate Department until 1997.

Patron Capital Partners represents approximately $2.3bn of capital across several funds and related co-investments, investing in property, corporate operating entities (whose value is primarily supported by property assets), and distressed debt and credit related businesses. Since 1999, the funds have made more than 55 investments involving over $6.5bn in assets in 11 countries. Investors represent a variety of prominent universities, major institutions, private foundations, and high net worth individuals primarily located in North America and Europe. The Patron group comprises 67 staff in 5 offices across Europe, in addition to over 70 persons in a dedicated platform supported by Patron. Patron is based in London with offices in Barcelona, Milan, Dreieich Germany, Luxembourg, Warsaw and Bucharest. Patron's primary focus is in Western and Central Europe, with investments having been made in 11 countries. Patron's portfolios now include over 20 million square feet of different types of properties and investment in various companies, both public and private.
